Today’s society is very much determined by artificially created images, ideals of beauty and fake aesthetics. This leads to a false representation as well as a perception of the world.
For me as a filmmaker, it is essential to create images which are not only telling an exciting story with beautiful pictures but also are reality-related, clarifying and educative.
With my films, I want to open a new view to my audience and break the social stereotypes. I am particularly fond of the destinies of social outsiders, women’s issues, sexuality and socio-political, psychological, mystical and also religious topics.
