September to December 2019 – education as a trainer at the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB)
I am firmly convinced that sport and exercise are very important in all age groups and have a strong impact not only on the health but also on the social life of everyone.
This particularly concerns children whose growth, physical as well as emotional and intellectual development is strongly affected by exercise. Children (including adults) who do not move enough suffer not only from health but also from social problems. As a trainer, I want to influence these processes positively and bring people closer to the joy of sport, dance and movement.
Topics as gender-equitable sports education, promotion of physical activity in a socially weak environment and the inclusion of people with mental and / or physical disabilities are especially dear to my heart. Thats why I am pleased to get involved in social projects in family and day-care centres, schools and refugee homes.
