Inclusive dance course for everyone who likes to dance and not only wants to learn new dance steps and movements but also is keen to learn a little more about themselves and get closer to their nature through dancing and bodywork. Feel, perceive, express, communicate and restore the balance between physical and mental levels.
Whole body training, various dance elements, expressive dance and dance therapy as well as the development of small choreographies and dance improvisations. Relaxation, meditation, breathing, voice and yoga exercises. Every Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Park Humboldthain (Berlin).
