Remarkably, since immemorial time dance has not only had a social, cultural and artistic significance, but also a healing one. Dance and movement serve as an aid to set healing processes in motion and to achieve balance between the physical and mental level.
In October 2021 I completed my education as a dance and movement therapist and teacher. It was a very intense time that enriched me both professionally and personally. In a small group, we learned the therapeutic and dance methods and worked closely together. We dealt with psychological, personal as well as spiritual issues. In the learning process, many ideas emerged that I would like to develop and carry out in my dance and dance therapy work.
Most of all I love to work in nature in connection with nature – dance, breathe, sing or just relax and enjoy my being. For me, nature is not only the greatest healer ever existed, but also an inexhaustible source of inspiration and life.
I see my profession as a dance therapist not only as a job but also as a life task that constantly challenges me to live life consciously, to love my body and soul, to be here and now and to keep learning…
